Ecommerce logistics and resale
Your stock comes in.
Your orders go out.
Your returns find a buyer.
We receive, inspect, store and ship your products. When an item comes back damaged, incomplete or simply stops selling, we test it, grade it, restore it where that makes sense, then sell it on our channels.
After inspection
An item can take five directions.
- Back into sellable stock
- Sold online on our channels
- Sold in a lot to a trade buyer
- Spare parts
- Approved treatment channel
The direction follows from the condition observed, the grade assigned and the rules you set. Never by default, and the reason stays attached to the item.
The path of an item
Six steps, one system, a record at every handover.
Your pallets, your unsold stock and your customer returns follow the same path. You know where each reference is and why it is there.
-
01
Receiving
Your deliveries are announced, counted and reconciled against what was expected. Discrepancies are set aside before anything enters stock.
-
02
Inspection and grade
Every item is tested and rated against a shared scale, from A+ to F. Photographs, missing accessories and observed defects stay on its record.
-
03
Restoration
Cleaning, completing, repair, function testing. An item that can move up a grade moves up a grade.
-
04
Storage
Put away by turnover and by handling constraint. The stock you see is the stock actually inspected, not the stock expected.
-
05
Selling and shipping
Listing on your channels or ours, picking, packing, labelling and handover to the carrier chosen for the order.
-
06
Return and decision
A customer return re-enters the same path: inspection, grade, then one of the five directions, with the reason recorded.
What you can hand over to us
Ecommerce logistics
Receiving, storage, order picking, packing, multi-carrier shipping and tracking through to delivery.
Customer returns
Receiving returns, matching them to the order, inspecting them, assigning a grade and documenting the exit decision.
Restoration
Function testing, cleaning, completing, repair, fresh photographs and a rewritten product page.
Multichannel resale
Listing and selling on Amazon, Cdiscount, eBay, Leboncoin and Vinted, or selling in lots to trade buyers.
The grading scale
The same word means the same thing everywhere.
“Good condition” means nothing until someone has defined it. Our operators, your teams and your buyers read the same scale, applied item by item.
It adapts to your product category: test criteria and blocking defects are set per family.
See the full scale| Grade | What the buyer receives |
|---|---|
| A+ | New, sealed, complete, never opened. |
| A | Unboxed but as new, complete, no sign of use. |
| B+ | Very good condition, minor marks, complete, function verified. |
| B | Visible signs of use, complete, function verified. |
| C+ | Clear marks or a missing original accessory, works. |
| C | Heavy signs of use or incomplete, works. |
| D | Known and described fault: repair or spare parts. |
| F | Not sellable as is: spare parts or treatment channel. |
Your client area
You should not have to call us to find out where an item stands.

Three ways to work with us
You sell online
Hand us your stock, your shipping and your returns. We study your flows before quoting anything.
You buy lots
Browse the available lots with their grade breakdown, the list of references and the photographs taken on our premises.
You are a partner
Carrier, logistics provider, repairer, treatment channel or referral partner: let us talk about what we can do together.
How a new client starts
We do not quote from a price list. The cost depends on your volumes, your products and the work actually required.
-
Step 1
A first conversation
You describe what you sell, what comes back and what is blocking you today.
-
Step 2
A study of your flows
We look at your references, your volumes, your sales channels and your transport constraints.
-
Step 3
The specification
Inspection rules, grading scale, permitted exit decisions, reporting and a costed quote.
-
Step 4
Connecting up
Your client area is opened, your sales channels are connected, then the first delivery arrives.
Tell us what comes in and what comes back.
We will tell you what we would do with it, and what that costs.
