Terms and conditions

These terms govern the use of the altoval.com website and the services it offers online. They do not replace the service contract entered into with each client.

Purpose

The site presents Altoval’s services and makes it possible to request a quote, book an appointment, ask for a buyer account and browse the lots currently open for sale.

Quote requests

A quote request commits neither party. A costed proposal is binding only once a signed quote has been issued.

Appointments

A booked slot may be cancelled or moved by either party, with reasonable notice given by email.

Lots for sale

Lots are sold exclusively to trade buyers whose registration and VAT number have been verified. The published composition indicates the grade breakdown; only the detailed list shared with the verified account is authoritative.

Contractual relationship

Logistics, returns handling, restoration and resale services are covered by a separate contract setting out service commitments, prices, duration and exit terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
