iKNSA SAS processes the personal data collected on this site. This page describes what is collected, why, for how long, and what your rights are.

Data collected

The only data collected is what you enter in the forms: your company details, the name of the contact, contact details, a description of your flows and, for an appointment, the slot chosen. No data is bought or enriched from third parties.

Purpose

This data is used to handle your request: preparing a quote, arranging an appointment, verifying a buyer account or answering a message. It is used for no other purpose and is never sold on.

Legal basis

Processing rests on your own initiative and on the legitimate interest in answering a commercial enquiry from a business.

Retention

Requests that do not lead anywhere are kept for three years from the last contact. Data attached to a contractual relationship follows the duration of the contract and the applicable accounting obligations.

Recipients

The data is accessible only to the people handling your request. It is passed to no commercial partner and remains hosted in France.

Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. To exercise them, write to contact@altoval.com. You may also refer the matter to the French data protection authority.

Security

Exchanges with this site are encrypted. Requests are written to private storage, separate from the public site and reachable only by the application process.
